Tulip Envelopes reprinted

May 2, 2003 saw the release of two non-denominated Tulip envelopes: size 8 and size 10.
These envelopes are starting to show up with new printing dates. Check the back
of the envelope and look under the flap.
The size 8 is now known with a 2005.01.21 date.
The size 10 is now known with a 2005.12.23 date.

February 15, 2002 saw the release of two non-denominated Birds of Canada envelopes: size 8 and size 10.
Both envelopes have since been reprinted several times! Check the back of the envelope and look
for a date of printing. Initially this date was next to
the UPC barcode; recent printings on the Size 10 envelope have the date 'hidden' under the flap.
The size 8 is now known with a 2004.12.02 date.
The size 10 is now known with a 2005.10.01 date.

PCF Stamp Indicia - Part 2The PCF cards [Postcard Factory postal cards] stamp indicia has been changed yet again.
The new design features the 5c Canadian Flag stamp of 1965.
To date it has been found on 4 different Toronto scenes.
